There are several ways to travel around PEI.

  • By car (or other motorized vehicle)
  • By public transit (there is a bus system for Charlottetown, Cornwall, and Stratford)
  • By taxi (within city limits, taxis are accessible and affordable)

Access PEI provides a broad range of provincial government services such as issuing driver's licences, registering vehicles and exchanging out-of-province drivers' licences. There are eight Access PEI sites across Prince Edward Island.
